Define and integrate one bounded job, then run a supervised field proof against agreed acceptance criteria. Record the result and the limitations.

Turn what works into reusable integrations, operating procedures and a delivery process that can support the same job at another site.

Recurring software revenue
Move validated work into an annual site licence, with an agreed scope for software, support and updates. Expand as further workflows are proven.
